Vulnerability in P2Pool Monero: miners are losing payouts

Monero developers have warned miners of this cryptocurrency about a rewards vulnerability in the decentralized coin mining pool P2Pool. Attackers are already exploiting this bug for attacks, so network participants urgently need to update their software to version 4.16 in order not to lose funds, the project team reported.
